  We had been trying in vain with nearly every local agent on the Gold Coast to sell our $1.5million prestigious waterfront property on the Gold Coast for a few years.
  Every one of them took us for roller coaster rides, with no result until we, fortunately, came across David.
  
  Not only did David successfully sell our house last year whilst we were living in Victoria, he conducted all the due diligence from honest, proper pricing advice, to coordinating inspections with our tenants in residence (almost an impossibility with some agents who would put tenants off ) to successfully finding us a happy buyer with good outcome for all concerned, all in a matter of 3 weeks!
